Week 5
The fifth week was extremely packed and I kept refining my final illustration every day. At the same time, I’m constantly following up on the progress inside the Blog.
In the fifth week of class, the Tutor of the session had a relatively good opinion of my project. But when I said that I hadn’t done enough, she told me to keep my confidence and to keep developing my ideas. I have to say that one of the things that Carlyn said to me really stuck with me – nothing is perfect, except me. I think it has a deep meaning and that’s something I’m going to learn from.
After a busy fifth week, I also realised that my management of time and task allocation is still very much lacking. This is because I realised in the last few days of the week that I still had a lot of unfinished tasks. For example, the documentation of the bibliography and the improvement work on the project. I will also be doing some management exercises this summer to improve this shortcoming.
